I spent my early afternoon helping my dad clean out the gutters. Nothing quite like standing on the front roof, holding the bottom of a wobbly wooden ladder while your senior citizen father stands on the top of the ladder to clean out the gutters at the very top of the house. My job also included holding the bag so my dad could put the contents

Those parrots are expensive, but wow, they have quite a life expectancy!

I know. If I get one there's a very good chance it'll outlive me, so I'm thinking the price isn't that bad in the long run.
