David Archuleta, I am disappoint >:[
So I know David Archuleta was raised Mormon and that he probably has a lot of conservative fans, but as a fan, I was really disappointed with his response to accidentally winding up at a gay club. His friend Charice invited him to come see her perform at a club in New York and I understand if he's not really into ~the party scene~ but his twitter responses to fans who were probably freaking out that he was at some gay club are really, really disappointing:

And, y'know, I don't usually pay that much attention to musical artists but I got into the AI fandom a little bit and I enjoy his music and I love his voice and he really is one of the most likable, adorable people in the entire universe. But the kid's 19. I'm not gonna let him off the hook so easily. I've read/seen some of his interviews, he's got wisdom and maturity even if he comes off as the living embodiment of a socially awkward puppy sometimes. I expected better from him and I'm disappointed. :/
