AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Ever hit a writing wall hard? And every time you sit down to write something you just can't seem to get the words out because you've fallen into a pattern of not being able to get the words out and you don't remember the last time it felt easy or at least manageable?

Oh, the irony of life. If you feel like you have to do something that was once fun and exciting it suddenly becomes the last thing on your list that you want to do. My only comfort is that I've somehow worked through phases like this before. Once you find your rhythm again it isn't so bad. It still might suck going into it initially but it's easier to start and to finish early once you've found a regular pattern again. I wish I was majoring in something that I hate doing, like physics, so that I could use English and writing as the 'fun' things that I procrastinate on. It's nice to know that I'm not delusional enough to do it, though. ;D

On a related note, I keep having these nightmare visions now about how teachers have to make up these elaborate lesson plans when they go home every night for four classes and it freaks me out because of my own insecurities about time-management. I've seriously tried researching what exactly a teacher's daily job entails and there's no information. I am going to have to grill the teachers I work with this summer on how they do it because the unknown is slowly driving me insane.

Maybe I should just move onto my third career now. I will own a romance-themed second-hand bookstore which will be located within a two-storey little building. There will be winding stairs, nooks and crannies with chairs to read on, random cats sleeping in boxes of books and an ice-cream parlour with a little cafe at the front of the store. Because well, let's face it, books, cats and ice cream are what make life beautiful! :D

except don't because it's almost easter, please kill me now
