This nature video was originally posted in April 2022 on Douyin; I can’t seem to decipher the Chinese well enough to track down that

Do you remember the PBS "Sounds from Space" program in the early 80's? That's when I got turned on to Jean Michele Jarre.

That one I don’t recall; my early 80’s were devoted chiefly to punk. The program I listened to, beginning in the 90’s, was “Alpha Rhythms” on WYSO out of Antioch University (Yellow Springs, Ohio, US); that was where I learned that the first America’s Most Wanted theme song had a title (“Skinthieves”, by Moodswings featuring Jeff Beck), listened to Vangelis’ Cosmos soundtrack in full, and got to hear Paul Winters’ annual Winter Solstice Concert (with Sun Gong and audience-participation wolf howling.)
