i'm going crazy trying to remember where these cartoons i'm thinking of are from! all i can recall is that one is blue, round and has short brown hair. they don't really have "feet", but they're obviously there.. just not very defined. i feel like there were a whole bunch of them in the series, too. i don't know if they were from a tv show, a movie

OK, a few things that might help:

1) How old were you when you saw them, and how old are you now? (Or what year roughly was it you saw them?)

2) Are you talking about blue people, animals, monsters, aliens?

3) Did they talk or was it just noises?

4) Any particular scenes? Themes? Eg was it for amusement, were the characters following a quest, were they hiding someone, was there one character chasing or being mean to another? Surprisingly, this is what often gets things found - a feel for a scene or a theme going through the cartoon.

Some of them are blue and round.
