Anime character from the 90s

There's a World Masterpiece Theater (maybe) anime during the 90s which had a character named "Camilla" (at least in the Philippines, I don't know in other countries). I'm not so sure if it's from Little Women 2: Jo's Boys but I can't seem to find any information at all or any picture from the internet of this character

I did that but I guess that site's comments are no longer being approved. I found the answer though. She's from The Secret Garden (himitsu no hanazono).
