Big eyes icon-making term?

I don't know where else to ask this -- someone mentioned the term for icon making *especially here on LJ* when you take a portrait size photo of a celebrity, for example, put it into Photoshop, and make the eyes just slightly bigger and rounder, for comic effect.  Now I can't remember the term; it's a fairly recent thing, starting maybe 2-3 years

I thought it was called anime eyes, but didn't find that when I searched. I found a tutorial on making "those big funny eyes" on photoshop on designertoday dot com.
