I'm looking for an episode of some kind of science fiction or paranormal show from the '90s. It may have been "Psi Factor" but I'm not sure. There was a little boy or a male adult who was having nightmares and there was a creature with red eyes in them. The nightmares somehow took over his home. That sounds like an episode of The X-Files where the govt had sprayed a chemical over this town and the people were having hallucinations where things with lights like microwaves came to life. There was also another series similar to Psi Factor that I've been looking for for a long time. Also an paranormal investigative type series but their 'headquarters' were this big house on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Have never been able to find out what it was though.

The show you're talking about, could it be "Poltergeist: The Legacy"? I was going to check the episode guide for that one next.

I'm pretty sure it's not "The X-Files" because it came on around midnight on Saturdays. X-Files wasn't syndicated at that point.

LOL! At least you got an answer to your question. :D I'm still watching episodes of "Psi Factor" in an effort to find the ep I remember. I just don't want to download every episode ever made because sometimes, the show sucked. :D

That is the one you were looking for. Actually, the monster came from the microwave in one shot (around 10 minutes into the episode). The link leads directly to that shot, in the end however a snake was the perpetrator (which makes no sense but then PSI Factor never made sense).

I originally had a link included, but the comment was marked as spam, so just search for yourself on Youtube (if you find the video I found, the scene is at 34:50).

That is the correct ep! You helped me find it on YouTube. Thank you! I mixed this episode with another in my mind, where a house had some sort of black void in it and the team sent a robot with a camera into it. Then there's this ep, with the microwave and the snake. Thanks for helping me sort it all out.
