Okay I'm trying to remember the name of a song I want to add to a '90s Spotify playlist. It wasn't really all that popular but I loved it as a teenager, problem is I can't remember any lyrics or, obviously, the title. The singer was female and I'm 95% sure her first name was Leah. Could the singer be Leah Andreone?

According to Wiki, she had two albums in the time frame you're thinking of: Veiled in 1996 and Alchemy in 1998.

Awesome! I'd never heard of her, so I just Googled "90's pop singer leah" and went from there, lol.
