"Let's Start a Band" Weird Song/Skit on Radio

About 10 years ago while driving from Houston to Conroe, we had the college independent radio station on. They played this one song or skit that was a bunch of woodland animals starting a band. It was a rabbit or something starting it off, then he would go to the squirrel or chipmunk and go "let's start a band" and give them an instrument. This

Might have just been a local thing (read: in station). What was the station name? You might be able to contact them directly regarding it

I think it was the Rice University station but I don't remember the station number.
