Okay, so possibly the strangest question I have asked:

There's a set of Swiffer commercials (in the US) where actors dress as mud, dust, and dirt and get "picked up" by the Swiffer pad. Here's a photo of one of the actresses who plays "mud":

It might be liquid latex, or something similar.

The only thing that keeps me from thinking that it would be liquid latex, is I'm not sure if you can get it that thick...being allergic to the stuff I've always avoided using it for anything. (Which is sad, b/c literally you can paint the shape you want on the ground and when it dries, you can peel it up...and it's super neat.)

I would imagine molded and painted matte then shiny spray rubber would be fine, but if youre trying to recreate it?..mmm...
EVA Foam plus topping spray?
Foam attached to cloth sculpted /molded with latex over top?...
Id really imagine some kind of foam..for the lightweight.

Looks like chocolate frosting to me, honestly. I know that's NOT what it is, but that's what comes to mind...

With the way it gets those teeny, fine wrinkles around her chest when she bends forward slightly, I'd guess it's foam latex. It can be cast in a mold to get the gloppy-mud look.
