I was in Wal-Mart last month and I swear, I saw Old El Paso brand frozen quesadilla bites/snacks/rolls they were in a couple of different varieties, they looked like a variation on totino's pizza rolls, and they were packaged in the bags. When I went back, I couldn't find them again (they had been in an end case and that case looked pretty picked

If it was, you might check out any grocery outlet stores in your area. They seem to end up with a lot of weird sample/limited run products.

I looked that up and that's kind of closer to what I saw, in that they've got some completely encased in dough. The bag was bright yellow, though, and these were definitely in Mexican food type flavors.

are you sure they weren't the Farm Rich brand? they have other items such as mozzarella bites and pizza slices and pretzel bites. I've had the quesadillas and they are addictive. The mozzarella bites aren't as good as the TGIFriday's frozen mozzarella sticks, though. (I have a thing for frozen pizza and cheese-related foods...)

Yes, I'm very sure. These things that I saw were fully enclosed little pillow shaped snacks, like pizza rolls and they were in a bright yellow bag.
