There was this opera singer who was famous around the 30s-40s, i don't remember which decade, really ..

She was an heiress and she was famous for being completely talentless at singing broken arias like 'der holle rache,' which probably was the only one i heard her sing. She was like the original William Hung.

i think i was looking for an mp3 of the diana damrau version but got florence foster jenkins's instead LOL i was like WHAT IS THIS!!!!! THIS IS BRILLIANT!
