It's probably a 1940 Chevy Tudor.

Turns out it's a 1938 Ford, as I found out from another blog.

I was going to ask what store it was, since I live near Portland, but you mentioned it in the photo caption. I'll have to stop in there sometime, I adore vintage stuff. What cross street is it on/near?
