Unknown Song from Hana Yori Dango J-Drama

Does anyone recognize the piece of piano background music (ignore the snippet song in the beginning and end) featured in the below video (it's excerpted from Hana Yori Dango Season 2 episode 9 - but it's also played in a season 1 episode). It is not on any of the Hana Yori Dango OSTs and it seems like I've heard it elsewhere.
