english indie-punk track

I suddenly got reminded of this funny, annoying track, can't find the lyrics anywhere and I know it's just going to niggle at me if I don't find out cause I remember nearly everything about the track and can hear it in my head!

It's quite gritty indie with some electronic touches with an english punk/johnny rotten melody
