dancing-character icons

Lately I've been seeing animated icons with (pretty much always) two cartoon characters, facing forward, and their hands are on either side of their heads and they're flapping their hands up and down, and their butts are shaking from side to side, sort of to a "beat", like they're dancing to music or something. It's hard to describe but it's one
