Symbols making a heart shape?

So you know when everyone used to make shapes out of symbols and numbers and dashes? (Maybe they still do, I just haven't seen it as of late). I was look for a heart. I certainly don't have the skill to make one myself, and google isn't working for me. :( Does anyone have one handy?

you can do

&*hearts*;

and add as many 's as you want to make it as large as you want it.

obv. remove all the *'s first

More like a heart made out of symbols.

I tried to make a poor example but it didn't include my spaces and I'm way too lazy to input the spaces for a terrible example.
