My friend vaguely remembers a movie she saw when she was young (1990s probably), in which the hero (who looked like a He-Man ripoff) had to be suspended by his nipples for some kind of Native-American-ish ritual.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

I totally remember this too, but I can't remember the name. It was a white guy and managed to somehow become a cheif-y type person in a tribe? He ended up having a wife who was pregnant and got killed I think?

I think it might have been Richard Harris in A Man Called Horse.
