80s song, video

I'm looking for a 1987 to 1989 british song, possible title "PS I'm leaving". Video had night time scenes of an english town - the video was shot in a car and I think there were a few overpasses or tunnels shown. I don't think the song had a lot of lyrics and there is a chance it was a top 40 song. It might have been a shoegazing or indie song.

My boyfriend has been looking for this since forever so there are no words - you've made his decade! the only information available on them is on a rare vinyl e-shop, apparently they're dutch, not english *facepalm* Not to press our luck too much but would you have any more information on this band? or if you could tell us how you came across the song? (trying hard not to sound creepy here!). Thank you ever so much, you=ftw!

Honestly, I just Googled "ps i'm leaving" song and a link to an old eBay auction for the P.S. I'm Leaving 12" EP was on the first page. It seems that info on the band is rather scarce these days, but -- according to an extremely short bio I found -- The Prudes were formed in 1987 and consisted of Bradleigh Smith and Pete Ellis; they released five singles and one album on Imaginary Records.
