[[Fakir immediately knows what she's talking about. After all, he's forgone any form of poultry and eggs himself. Ever since he found out what Ahiru really was. And seeing what this "holiday" entailed...he expected that she wouldn't take it well. He tries to keep his voice neutral as possible. He knows how hard this must be on her.]]

[[He sighs. It'll be harder to calm her down than he thought. He fights the urge to just say outright that people typically eat these things, but he doesn't want to upset her more than she is.]]

[How was she supposed to calm down? Another poor defenseless bird had been murdered and roasted by people and she was forced to be in the same room as it. She didn't see how she could right now.]
