i haven't posted in 8 months. that's the longest i've let it go ever, and i've had this journal for 7 years now. i don't want it to die. the more time i let go the more daunting writing becomes though

i wasn't being sarcastic! i meant sincerly thanks for noticing i hadn't posted...as you said nice to see you. i didn't think anyone would notice i hadn't written, it didn't occurr to me.

anxiety is generally better i guess. it comes and mostly goes. it's in different forms. lower grade i'd say. how about you?
