I kinda think slow covers it either way, you know? It's a hopeful term! It's like if you're using a slow cooker, and it takes so long and you're so hungry that sometimes you just think you'd rather kill yourself, or get mcdonalds or something which is maybe the same thing. But the advantage of using a slow cooker is that the flavours really have time to blend together and it tastes a whole lot better for the wait. I think maybe he hasn't blended yet, so the wrong flavours are still a little overwhelming.

Well obviously you dice them first, you know? But the best place to sew them is the leg hem of a pair of jeans. No one's gonna tell they're there, and guys tend to wear their jeans so long they can practically stand up on their own anyhow.

She probably kicked him too, spiked heels are pretty good for that, but this way made sure nobody came near him for a while. It was kind of like doing a service to womankind.
