garlic clove cut into pieces
chicken thighs- 1 & some pieces
Smuckers apricot Spreadable Fruit- 2 spoonfuls
soy sauce
olive oil
frozen pearl onions
black sesame & salt seasoning
pepper

I mixed the preserves with a healthy amount of soy sauce before putting it on the chicken.

I love having frozen chicken thighs... they're boneless & skinless ones

I started this when I left the house for dinner this morning. DH will put it on warm when he gets home.

Does anyone have any good summer preserves or jam recipes that I might make in the crock pot? I'm hoping for something I can leave overnight, then can in the morning....
