Thanks for all the help with the chocolate-chili sauce question I asked. I ended up putting the ribs in a chipotle marinade for about 30 minutes, then turning the crock on to high for 2 hours. After that I turned it to low and put two bars of chocolate right on top of the ribs to melt down. After about an hour I gave the whole thing a stir and ( Read more... )
