I used tilapia (that's my favorite). Next time I'm going to throw in some onion, zucchini, and asparagus. Yum!

Perfect! It's our favorite too. It's such an easy fish to add sauces, herbs, and spices to because so many things go with it due to its very mild nature. :)

Into the foil packet with the fish, or just into the crock pot? This sounds delicious btw and I'm going to make it in the next few days!

I make almost that exact same thing, but I put the foil packets into the oven. I'm going to have to try the crockpot method now!

about 2 hours. We watched a movie, and at the end of the movie, the fish was done.
