Tortellini/Minestrone

This was a throw-together dinner because I'm sick, and it turned out fantastic. Done in my Sipora Multi-Cooker because the Rival Crock was still dirty from chicken and dumplings made by the roommate the night before. Can't complain too much, the chicken and dumplings were delicious!

Mmmm, I'll bet that would also be really good with frozen meatballs, instead of the sausage, added towards the end.

Yes! Frozen meatballs would even better, sausage links were just what we had on hand. Might add a full bag of veggies too. ^_^
