Tiramisu, in hindsight
I love, love, love tiramisu. Italians really know where it's at when it comes to cake. And coffee. And liquor.
So, I made it yesterday. And after seeing it get made so many times by experts, I thought... well, where can I go wrong? Luckily, it wasn't in many places. Here's what I learned:
