Ticklegrass! That is the cutest name ever. How much did you pay for it? How much did you have to put down upfront to get the mortgage? Danielle and I want to buy a house, but I'm confused about these things :(

When you go to get a loan they will ask you how much you are willing to pay a month for your mortgage and run some numbers for you and give you three options. The first -- 10% down with a lower interest rate/monthly payment. The second -- 5% down, and the third -- no down. We did no down. Our interest rate is only going to be like .03 higher and the payments will only be about 1200 a month. BJ makes more than twice as much as me so we should be able to hack it.
Keep in mind i also live in utah. and now west jordan to be exact, where property is decently priced because it's sort of in the ghetto.
