They accepted the offer on the house we looked at yesterday! In addition the sellers will pay for the closing costs and we get $5,000 toward revising the house with new appliances/carpet/paint/tile etc. as my realtor father is hooking us up by not keeping the commission he makes from the transaction. It's a fixer-upper, no doubt. I take it the current inhabitants are divorcing and needing to get the hell away from one another as soon as possible. And the best part is that the road it's on is named Ticklegrass.
Mother effing home owner? No way. The backyard is huge even though it looks like skull valley at the moment. I can't wait to make this place a humble little home.
