My dad always got copies of his x-rays, but then again he was taking them to show to another doctor, so dunno... You should be able to get copies of everything in your medical file regardless, but I could be wrong on that since I've never tried to do it.

Maybe x-rays are different state to state, but I have a pretty throuroughly buggered left foot and I've got x-rays for the first ten years of my life.
