Bash Video: hopefully done

Well, after having trouble with my DVD editor and making "fancy" menus for the TSA Bash 2009 video, I decided to stick with the simple menu. For some reason, the simple one works on all the DVD players I test it on, and the "fancy" one doesn't. It works on about half. It probably depends on how new the DVD player is.
