I know in the past, these events have lasted a week, but...

[He trails off, then clears his throat and continues.]

But has there ever been a time when they lasted longer?

second worst halloween ever, hallucinations are not cool, remus lupin, event: in the fog, it's been one week, too much death

[ There's a noise from down the hall followed by a soft 'bugger'. It's just Tonks who caused a cascade of blankets to fall on her. Why did the fuzziest one have to be on the bottom? A few moments later, Tonks walks into view of Remus carrying said fuzzy blanket.

Tonks has seen the hallucinations too. Her Dad, Emmeline, Mad-Eye, Sirius... She's kept most of it to herself except for Remus.

She sits down next to her husband and wraps the blanket over the both of them. ]

But once Tonks has the blanket around both of them, he snuggles close, laying his head on her shoulder.]

Yes. In July an event lasted from the 13th until the 1st. It was, as far as I'm aware, the longest of any singular event.

It's trying, but there have been far worse events.

[Especially since you can just avoid this one by staying inside, and he's extremely used to seeing so much death. As far as he's concerned it's not so bad.]

Less often than the regular one-week events. But it already happened.

Yeah, sometimes they last a few days longer than usual. Though we've had an event that lasted nearly the whole month, once.

That's unfortunate. I don't like that the Animus have complete control like this. it just doesn't sit right.
