What was so surprising was that she actually stayed there for a couple of hours, and didn't even blink when I pointed my tablet in her direction and took several photos.

HATES the carrier. We feel like the worst kind of traitors when we grab them and stuff them into their carriers :(

...That said, B was having a hard time finding Rudy to take him to the vet for his ear follow-up appointment -- until he spotted him in the carrier that was set up. Yes, Rudy had loaded himself. He didn't even meow when the door was closed. (Once he was in the car, though, the yowling commenced.) The three of them like to kick back in their carriers if you leave them out.
