Ageist
"So," Rose said to Jack over breakfast, "what does a girl get a bloke for his hundred-and-thirty-seventh birthday?"
“Sex is always acceptable.” He gave her an exaggerated wink.
“You sure you’re still up to it, old man like you?” the Doctor enquired, grinning at the two of them from the other side of the table.
“You can talk!” Jack gave the Doctor an exaggerated stare. “What’s it now? Made it to a thousand yet?”
The Doctor preened. “You should hope to look this good when you get to my age.”
“Hey, at least I know what I’m gonna look like when I get to your age!”
The Doctor pulled an offended face, and Jack turned back to Rose. “So... thought it over yet?”
She grinned and curled her tongue around her teeth. “If you’re that desperate, I’m sure the Doctor could take us back to Xynixa - that tour-guide was really checking you out.”
Jack groaned. “I know my reputation, but I do have some standards.”
“Oh, you do?” The Doctor took a drink of tea, eyes twinkling as he met Jack’s gaze over the rim of his mug. “News to me. You should fill us in some time. Don’t expect it’d take long.”
“Hey! This is my birthday, you know. You could at least pretend to be nice to me.”
“I’m always nice!” The Doctor rubbed the back of his neck. “Tell you what. You can pick where we go today, if you like. Well... as long as it’s not that spa planet. Once was more than enough.”
“Spoilsport.” Jack pouted. “Come on, guys. You’ve dragged it out long enough - where’s my present?”
She got up from her chair and walked, swinging her hips very deliberately, over to him. As she approached, Jack pushed his chair back and grinned, looking very pleased with himself - and even more so as she dropped to his lap, sliding her arms around his neck.
“Happy birthday, Jack,” she whispered, leaning in to him, and then she pressed a kiss to his cheek.
He started to slide his arms around her, to pull her close, but she evaded his grasp and got to her feet, then walked over to the Doctor.
“Hey!” Jack protested. “Not even a proper kiss?”
“Sorry.” She gave him a regretful smile. “I jus’ have a problem fancyin’ a bloke who’s old enough to be my great-great-grandfather.”

Much later, she admitted she was kidding, and he got to unwrap his real birthday present. Both of them.
