Oh! Thanks so much, masakiti! :o) I was just looking for your lj post to put in the link! And here you ARE! heh heh Lots of mind-reading going on around here, lately. ;o) I was really lucky that her face came out well. I was really worried about that one!! I had "baby robot" in my mind, and often, they come out looking like what I'm thinking about. Have to be very careful what I'm thinking when I make these guys! heh heh
I LOVE your robot! You should post him to ravelry.com under the author's book. I think yours is the nicest version. Certainly, the most well made I've seen, and so darn cutie!! :o) Is your little brother enjoying him?
I'm not yet registered on Ravelry, but probably I should... Still it's lame that you have to register to view photos :-(
Anyway, you did a very good job here, this robot really looks like a baby! And as for New Year and Christmas presents, I think I shall start making amigurumi for the next holiday right now. Because it's always like "oh, there's still plenty of time, I'll make it!", and then the Christmas is suddenly tomorrow, and you don't even have the right yarn yet...
My bro likes that robot, he has a nice place on his desk :-)
Oh, trust me, you will love ravelry! There's so much there, it's amazing! Wonderful place for information and inspiration, and a great repository of patterns (that's where I start my pattern searches to get all those links!), and scads of people available for help on any knit or crochet issue one might ever have! Great place. :o) (The photos are just part of people's projects that they've posted. It started primarily as a place to organize your stash and projects, and grew from there

Love it, love it, love it!! All of them, I do. Especially Maria Theresa, she's the best, if I may say so - but HK is a close second. :D Gotta love them all! And no, you can't troll, that's virtually impossible with you.
Oh, wow! Thanks legendancer!!! :oD What a lovely comment!! Let's cross our fingers that Maria Teresa gets finished eventually... she's so close! ;o) I'm so tickled that you love them!! YAY!
Umm... I'm glad I can't troll...... I think.... whatever that means! heh heh Help me out here?
