I finally made Eeyore for my DH (another peep for his birthday)! I made him to test the Loopy Legs technique, and was really pleased that it worked so well with such a different style of peep than Petunia the Phlying Piglet. :o)
Awwww, thank you, sherbearlove! :o) I'm so pleased you like his details!! I faked his tail being buttoned on (knitted an extra nub at the top) ... he's actually all knit in one piece. And you've gotta have that BOW, don't you? That's part of Eeyore's charm. :o)
Holy moly, that is really, really good!! It's one thing to make an amigurumi of your own, but to create something based on a well-known character - and have it look exactly like that character - is simply amazing. :D
Oh, how nice you are, littleyuzu!! :o) Thank you sooooo much! It was actually a lot of fun to make him. Eeyore has such a cute face, with so much expression, and he's so different from the other things I've done. :o)
My DH has a very long list of characters that he wants me to make! Enough to keep me busy the rest of my LIFE!! heh heh

Wow! Thanks, rockettefug!! :o)
Yeah, one piece is the goal of ALL my knitting! heh heh I HATE to sew seams and sew bits on! This loopy legs technique works great for 4-legged animals (knit or crochet)! I'm really happy with it! :o)
