My parents had a recent renter move out, and leave two cats behind. They've been on their own for at least three weeks and looking famished. Snickers got flea allergy dermatitis from the fleas that my parent's dogs brought into our house. So she's licked off a bunch of her fur, and has scabs from scratching all the time. We found this great cream that has been helping a lot, but it was time for professional intervention.

Upon talking to the neighbor's kid and his SO/friends, I saw a really cute kitty in the window upstairs. His name is Bowie and he looks almost like an occicat.
