Apparently Grey's Anatomy Writers are reading my blog and elsewhere....

Since I was out with the CF contingent last night I didn't watch the episode, but on another board I participate in, they leaked it to me that:

What I'm talking about... )

uterus didelphys, cf, greys anatomy, tv

That is crazy weird. It's not like Noelle is a name one comes with off the top of one's head.

Right, and the combination of the name and medical condition it totally bizarre!

Yeah my girlfriend had it on last night while I was on the computer and I heard them say that part about the double uterus and I thought of you, but I didn't hear her name was Noelle. That's wacky. You should write to the show and tell them.

Yeah, I can picture how well that would go over. "Hi, my Name is Noelle and I have two uteri, and I'm childfree by choice and offended that you would use my name and my condition to illustrate a relationship problem in someone having two kids in the separate uteri."

I'm sure they'd just hop to offer money to me to assuage my dismay. Hee!

That's funny. The script would have been written and the episode shot before your post, though. What a weird coincidence.

Yeah... the lead-in time for filming an episode for a prime-time show is certainly weeks at the tight end... but still a really freaky coincidence that it aired 7 days after I found out my diagnosis!

Hah, I saw that episode and immediately thought of you. :)

Except for the fact that you're, you know, CF and white, it was pretty trippy!!

Yeah, cuz I'd be totally going for a removal, rather than a delivery no matter what, and I'm so monogamous, that there wouldn't have been the dual paternity issue either, but coming on the air exactly a week after my diagnosis was insanely coincidental.
