Call her and see what you can figure out. Make sure she isn't 13 and trying to manipulate her parents into getting a pet. The spelling and grammar just raise a flag. Perhaps that is prejudice on my part, but you do not want to sentence Precious to a bad life with someone who is unprepared for her.
