ROS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She's pretty much my favourite. And I think Tom and Adam would be joint second. And Lucas. I miss watching that show.

Ducky would be my favourite overall NCIS character too, I think. Everyone else has either annoyed me (Abby, Tony, Gibbs) or I've never been crazy about them (Ziva, McGee). Kate would probably be a close second favourite, but seeing as Ducky's been there longer I'd put him just ahead.
Gah, I couldn't choose just one HP character to bring back to life. I think it would be between Snape, Lupin and Tonks, though I'd want both Lupin AND Tonks so maybe I'd choose Snape... Or Fred. Or Sirius. Damn, that was a difficult question!!
I'd make his tic be something that has him touching things. As in, he has to go smell/touch the flowers or dog, or cat or whatever
