Armageddon Melbourne announced their initial full line up (bar one MAJOR -their word not mine- guest that still needs to sign a contract and pending as usual any cancellations) on their Facebook page today. They'll be up on the site tomorrow ( Read more... )

I like those people, but not enough to pay money for photos/autographs, etc. Well, maybe Mark Sheppard, cos Canton was pretty awesome. If I was a bit more into Sanctuary than I currently am, then Amanda Tapping would probably be a bit more enticing.

Ooh, Amanda Tapping? Yesss! More SG-1 people! I've met Chris Judge and Michael Shanks, now adding her to the list! If she makes it, there's time yet for pull-outs.

And yah, the SGU chick does look like Katherine Heigl, that was my first thought when I saw her!

Heh. :) I'm making mine a 'meet the Doctor Who related' people I think! (Met two Docs and a companion so..)

Ah glad I'm not alone! (Though she's skinnier and prettier in some of the episodes I saw. -prettier in a different way mind you, not saying I wouldn't mind looking like Heigl! xD)

Haha. I was just about to say to xfirefly9x that I'd best jump into Sanctuary to see Tapping instead since there's less eps to catch up on! ;)

Pfft, I'm sure there are more people who'd agree with us! She has the rounded cheeks and hair, those are the major things that remind me of Heigl, plus the eyes. And I think the way she speaks, from memory. Yeah, quite a bit!

Depends which era of Heigl- she's looking a bit cheap and desperate last I saw of her. Too much hair dye and fake tan, bleurgh. She had such a natural beauty before, needs to tone down on products. I've actually got a recent movie of hers on my laptop, I'll have to watch and see how she looks, lol. *iz judgmental*

Sanctuary's good, too! I loved the first season, was less enthused after that 'coz of casting decisions. Helen Magnus is the most BAMFiest BAMF that ever BAMFed, I think you'll enjoy it!

Oohh, thanks for the heads up on the Armageddon line up. My boyfriend is going to flip his shit when he hears Amanda Tapping is going the be there (he's a huge SG1/Atlantis fan).

What did you think of this years Supanova? I can't believe how much bigger it was this year compared to last, and all I can say is thank GOD we had pre-bought our tickets and gone to the preview night cause holy shitcakes that queue was ridiculous. Though I think that was mostly in part to Simon and Nick's guest appearances. It'll be interesting to see how big Armageddon is this year. Can't wait!

Supanova Saturday was intense. Having BOTH panels of Nick & Simon and Tom Felton on that day was hard. I didn't get to see the 'Paul' panel since I was on shift, and only saw bits of the Felton one. The Sunday was much quieter!
