The future has a date

I always knew that one day EQC would contact me to say they were on there way to fix my house, and could I please pack and move out. But that was always sometime in the future. The future now has a date: 15 May

It will be cool once it's done though. Have you figured out where to hang for the 3 weeks?

It will be nice when it's done, it's just all the packing that has to go on before then that's the bother. I've been in my house for 15 years, and I have accumulated a lot of crap.

Don't know yet where I will go, have to discuss that with the insurance company. A friend of mine runs a motel, and says she'll give me their best room if I want to go there. My mum also offered. Oh well, I'll figure something out, and wherever I go it will be paid for by insurance so that's good. They also pay if you stay with relatives which is even better.
