What a weekend! It was our community's 3-day labor day festival, so that was the theme for most of the weekend, although we got a nice break on Sunday. Friday evening, S & I and our friend, L, attended the carnival-like festival. We bought some books at the used-book sale and wandered the midway for a bit. Hawaiian shaved ice makes me happy. You mean the 20th. Current plans are for us to be there that day with the wee's parents. It will be their first renn festever. So we will likely be playing renn fest tour guides for some of the day. But perhaps we can meet up for lunch?

Hello Cupcake is my new favorite thing ever, omg. And it's almost on my walk home, which is good for delciousness, but bad for... not eating cupcakes every day.
