I love when the weekend weather turns out perfectly. We spent most of Saturday and Sunday outside, basking in the sun. Friday night, we drove up to Columbia, MD to have dinner at PF Changs (thanks for the gift certificate, mom & dad!). Longwood is pretty cool for a garden (hey, I'm not a garden guy!). It certainly has a great variety of flowers and other things to look at...and I do find it kind of cool once you get up close to things.

Chimes tower by the waterfal is pretty cool. As is the "Great (water) eye of Sauron" :D

Nice pictures. Glad the weather worked out for you. We had lots of rain over here on Saturday (which is what we needed)

I'm definitely a garden girl, and this one was fabulous :-) Sorry your weekend got rained on, although we're expecting a storm here tonight.

lori and the giant beanstalk is great. i might even frame it and put it on the wall if i were you guys. in black and white. from a distance it would look all artsy...but as you close in it would be a good story piece.
