Thought today would be pretty calm after the hellfire that the stinky kids had brought was mopped up and all the wedding angst was dispersed out of our front doors into the summer night air of Abilene, and in all honesty, it was pretty calm around here. I'm here at my new job at the Historic Paramount Theatre waiting for a wedding to begin. They wanted to set up at 10:00a.m. this morning so I got here promptly at 9:30, just in case, to open the doors and turn all the lights.
