I have updated so many times today but I am in such a wedding planning mood.

Question: Has anyone in here or is anyone going to Disney World for their honeymoon. Thats what we are planning to do and I would love some tips or ideas or good hotels, etc. Thanks! :)

That's what we're thinking of doing also....but I don't have advice to offer though, sorry.

i was thinking about taking disney curise boat with full day all park pass for our honeymoon.. i still havent done any research on curise boat since my last post.. but i do know this.. the best time to have fun is to get all park pass means u can go to all parks any time u want without paying some fees i think.. maybe check that one out?

We've been several times and are going again for our honeymoon. There are lots of resources out there, but two excellent ones I'd recommend are:
Birnbaum's Walt Disney World 2006
and AllEarsNet.

We are doing it (sans cruise)

You can do 5nights/6 days for about $3000 all inclusive. (the only things you need ot cover are travel there, alcohol and souviniers).

My SO is planning the honeymoon and has it so we will be staying at the Port Orleans -Riverside (helps to keep cost down as it would ahve been closer to $5000 for the Grand Floridian).

You also may want to check with AAA and see what you can get. WHat time of year will you be looking at going?

I stayed at Port Orleans Riverside in May of 2004 and it was gorgeous! I love Disney World. Trying to convince FI that we need to take a trip there, but he's so far reluctant. He's never been, so he doesn't understand. :)

my in-laws are part of the Disney vacation club so they are letting us use their points for the honeymoon (My FH proposed at Epcot a month ago so Disney has a special meaning to us). We are going to do the land/sea thing. Some time at the parks and then a few days on the cruise. Hopefully we will be able to stay at the Boardwalk - I love it there.
