Our friends are graciously letting us use their family summer house for our small (12-15) people reception. I was wondering what would be a good thank you gift for them. For what it's worth, they are also, obviously, invited to the wedding. I was thinking of taking them out to a nice dinner sometime beforehand.

In addition to taking them out to dinner/other fun thing, maybe get them something that they could both enjoy together? What are their interests?

I would get them some kind of art work.... I'm thinking along the lines of a large vase/planter. Something that they can use and enjoy for many years to come.

This may not fit if their summer home is different from what I'm picturing though :)
