my wedding is a month away basically (july 7) and it's kinda overwhelming to think that, since next weekend is my bridal party/bachelorette and the last weekend of the month we're going on an early honeymoon. Time is going to fly

My wedding is 3 months away and I have not only a checklist in progress, but also a draft of a timeline. When people are supposed to arrive, how long hair/makeup will take, to how long people need for set up, photos, etc.

My day starts at 8am. My wedding is at 4pm. The reception will go until 10pm and the vendors have a certain amount of time to leave.

A rough timeline wouldn't be bad either. I am not sure what time we'll be up to start, but probably at 8 am. Our wedding is also at 4 pm.

I'm starting the night before. Then ATTEMPTING to get a good nights sleep. Then starting my day at 9. Do you have yours on the computer? I'd love to see it!

I'm actually just using my calendar... it allows me to visually see the times and color code according to vendor/responsible party. Since I don't know how to insert pictures into a comment, I'll post it under an LJ cut as a regular post.

My FH and I have a wedding website through mywedding.com and they give you one on their master site that you can actually check stuff off on- and it saves it. Might be worth signing up for just for the checklist.

Also- date twins! My bridal shower and bachelorette party are tomorrow! And we're also doing cupcakes for our wedding. :)

I have a huge checklist which is half checklist and half "stuff to buy" list (into which I dropped photos of stuff as I made purchases so that I could stay on top of the "story" of the wedding to make sure I wasn't getting too grabby with things I thought were cute but wouldn't actually make sense overall). It's pretty tailored to me and my circumstances (live in LA, getting married in NY and not going there until three days before the wedding), but if you would like to see it as an example, I'd be happy to e-mail it to you.
