my wedding is a month away basically (july 7) and it's kinda overwhelming to think that, since next weekend is my bridal party/bachelorette and the last weekend of the month we're going on an early honeymoon. Time is going to fly!
So I wanted to ask: do any of you have a checklist done up already for the wedding day? We want to make one but I thought it may be helpful to look at some you have used or made to use. Just to reference. Did you make yours from scratch, or find one off a site?
I met with the lady doing the cupcakes the other day to clarify the colors and such. I am so excited. We're going to get something similar to these:
found this on flickr and showed her, and she is going to make a similar style of cupcakes and a 6" slab of cake as well. I love the cherry blossom with branches look on the top!
And if you saw my previous post, I was kinda ranting about how the future in-laws weren't really helping with anything. Well the other night they got on skype with my fiance and informed us they were coming up the day before the wedding and staying until the day after and will be helping out with some things. Offering help a month before the wedding is better than nothing so it made me less frustrated at their seeming lack of interest.
I also met with some family friends who is doing the photography. I had asked advice before and a lot of people said to get a professional, but it was out of the question and the person doing it works at a photo lab and wants to get into photography. He showed us examples and we were pleased! Are there any poses you really recommend for photos? We already got some ideas figured out but I'd like to know what your most favorite poses are!
